Mr. Williams was a retired machinist with the U.S. Navy, honorably served his country in the U.S. Air Force from 1 948 to 1 952. Mr.

Williams also spent many hours as a volunteer at the U.S. Air Force Museum. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Marie I.
