A member of the Philadelphia Direct Mail Club, he won its 1969 merit award for designing promotion material for that year's direct mail Nicholas M. Bucciarelli, an artist in the subscription promotion department of TV Guide, died Saturday at West Jersey Hospital, Camden, of an internal ailment. He was 35 and lived at 10 Colonial Way, Turnersville, N.

J. Mr. Bucciarelli was employed by the publication for campaign. He also designed promotion material for the Catholic Charities Appeals of 1968 and 1970. Surviving are his wife, the former Anna Marie Lazer; his mother, Mrs.

Molly Laer; two brothers, Dan and Sam; and a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Lanza-lone. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9 A. M. Wednesday at St.

Edmond's R.C. Church, 21st st. and Snyder ave. Burial will be in Ss. Judah Zelitch 80, Attorney Judah Zelitch, a retired, attorney, died of a hear ailment Sunday, at Haverford Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, he was 80 and lived at 2204 Mary lane, Mr.

Zelitch retired last year after practicing law for 45 years. He was a Phil Beta Kappa graduate of Iowa State University in 1924. he received his law degree in 1927 from John Roberts, Stone John H. Roberts, a slate and stone dealer, died Monday at his home, 3227 Brighton following a stroke. He was 82.

Mr. Roberts was president of John H. Roberts, 129 Township Line Cheltenham, for the last 25 years. During World War II, he served with the Army's 19th Engineers. He was a member of Trimble Lodge 117, F.

He was a 1961 graduate of the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and was the winner in 1959 of a William Emlen Cres-son scholarship for three months of European studies.

He later exhibited in various fellowship shows at the Pennsylvania Academy and the Universiy of Pennsylvania Law School, which he attended as a Gowen Fellow. Hi? fellowship provided him with studies in Russian and resulted in a book, "Soviet Administration of Criminal Law," published by the U. of P. Press in 1931. He was active in the Workmen's Circle, Freeland League and many Jewish cultural organizations.

(Parking on i. The People's Fund, a money-raising organization that supports some 30 groups seeking social and political change, launched its fourth annual campaign Monday. The money will be used to help finance social and political groups in the Delaware Valley. The campaign ends in December. This year's goal is $40,000.

Unlike most charitable organization, 'ho Tpon'p' F''nd is funds. Some of the groups benefitting include the Philadelphia Resistance, Black Liberation Front, the Black Panther Party, Liberty Alliance for the Blind, Prisoners Rights Organization, and Consumers Education and Protection Association.
