He was 90. Mr. Gallagher, a Republican, won election to Congress for two: terms, 1943-44 and 1947-48. He was active in political circles andj termed himself an "independent was 47. He held his last position for 10 years and had been associated with the food chain for 25 years.

A native of Philadelphia, Mr. Bock started here and worked at 5- Republican. He was the founder of a hauling and warehousing firm and at onej time served as secretary and! treasurer of the board of Eastern State Penitentiary. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Marie of Philadel Baltimore and Reading before returning as branch manager.

He was a member of Temple Judea and the Quaker City Lodge, B'nai B'rith. Mr. Bock is survived by his wife, Myra; a daughter, Frances; a son, Howard; his mother, Mrs. phia, and Mrs. Ethel Redmond, of St.
