KANDLE 68, of Sewell, died Thursday at Cooper Hospital-University Medical Center, Camden. Mr. Kandle founded, owned and oper-J ated Lake Kandleion in the Chapel Heights section of Washington Township for 32 years at his family's farm. He served on the 1 Washington Township Board of Education from 1960 to 1968. Mr.

Kandle also served on the Zoning Board of Adjustment in Washington Township and was a former member of the Hurffville Fire Co. One. Survivors: his companion, Martha field of Wenonah; a son, West J. 3d of Chapel Heights; two daughters, Cynthia K. Miller of Chapel Heights, and Ruth J.

A retired tailor, Mr. Patragnoni worked for more than 40 years at Korman Wraps a clothing manufacturer. He was also 'it employed by Atlantic City Racetrack in Hamilton Township for 16 years. Mr. Patragnoni was a member and past president of the Young Men's Catholic Club at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Camden for more than 50 years, and was a member of the Young at Heart Senior Citizens Club of Runnemede.
