Bundra, former chief control operator for the city's airports. The commission directed that Bundra receive full pay for the time lost since his dismissal on March 12 by Director of Public Works Martin J. McLaughlin. The decision was returned by John Li.

Costello. president of the commission. During a three-day hearing on Bundra's appeal, he charged that his dismissal resulted from his participation in union activities. He said he had been warned not to take any part in union activities when he joined the State. County and Municipal Workers (A.F.L.).
